- Enhanced — Key details and supporting context have been provided
- Comprehensive — Full documentation and detailed information is in place
Your team sees immediately which matters are ready for review and which need additional information before proceeding.
Conflict Signals
MatterReady surfaces potential conflicts early in the intake process. Before your team invests time in review, you'll see flags for:
- Party names that may match existing clients or matters
- Related entities or individuals disclosed during intake
- Opposing parties that require conflict review
These are signals for attorney review, not automated decisions. Your team makes the final determination.
Attorney-Ready Summaries
When an intake reaches sufficient qualification, MatterReady generates a structured summary for attorney review. This includes:
- Client and matter overview
- Key dates and deadlines identified during intake
- Conflict signals requiring review
- Missing information, if any
- Qualification status and readiness assessment
Attorneys receive what they need to make an informed decision about whether to proceed with engagement.
System Handoff
Once a matter is approved, MatterReady prepares the data for your practice management system. Client information, matter details, and relevant dates transfer in the format your systems expect.
